What to expect at your first Massage Therapy session?
At the time of booking your first massage therapy session, it is recommended to choose the 60-minute massage therapy option.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your RMT and shown into the tranquil and clean treatment room. The 60-minute session allows your massage therapist to discuss your treatment goals, preferences for treatment, and conduct a physical exam to tailor a unique treatment for you.
During your session, your massage therapist will ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. You are welcome to ask questions or communicate any concerns so we can provide you with the best care possible.
